Strategic campaign required to promote the benefits of using Saab Genuine Parts and Service as opposed to fitting non-genuine parts or visiting an alternative "fast-fit" garage for service and/or repair.

Solution
On-going campaign, including a series of adverts and mailers challenging customers to stop and think about the importance of using genuine parts and having servicing carried out by Saab trained technicians. The adverts were very successful and adopted for use throughout Europe.
