We have a 6-step process to measurement and evaluation:-
1. We identify and agree on which areas will be measured. These can range from the general - e.g venue, accommodation, presentation content, to the more specific - e.g Evaluating how accurately each presentation reflects the reality of the dealer business.
2.We agree Key Performance Indicators and benchmark levels.
3. We prepare questionnaires, employing a forced choice marking system avoiding the error of central tendency.
4. We collate, evaluate and report the results of our study.
5. We follow up on any areas which fall below our benchmark and if possible take action to improve future performance.
6. We conduct qualitative research on a selected sample.
