Volvo Selling The Destination Film

When Volvo Truck Corporation wanted to invite European delegates to the launch of an exciting new range of trucks without revealing too much about the product, CWA provided the solution.

A “teaser trailer”, shot and edited in the style of a Hollywood action movie, was sent out to whet the delegates’ appetite. CWA scripted, produced and directed the trailer – overseeing every aspect of production from the location recce, casting the actors and styling their wardrobe and props, to a three-day location shoot in Sweden.

A composer was briefed to write a soundtrack for the trailer, and all post-production, including graphic design and editing was undertaken in England.
